What are the issues in the cooling systems?

  • Mankind has felt the need for warming and cooling since the world existed. It is estimated that people first try to cool by being wet with water. While cooling was made sometimes with manpower, sometimes with (fans) moving with mechanical tool until the 19th century, with the invention of fans, radiators, boilers in the 19th century, a great stage was presented to the service of humanity. It was transformed into a revolution in the air conditioning system that began in 1930 with the development of Fluorocarbon-based refrigerants by Dupont. With the development of cooling and package type air conditioners and the invention of air-cooled condensers, it started to take more part in our daily life and the developments in cooling and heat pump devices have become an integral part of our daily life after the 1970 oil crisis with the support of developments in electronic computer technology. However, air conditioning and cooling systems have brought many problems.
  • The main problems experienced in industrial water chillers (Chiller units) and their causes can be listed as follows.
