With the rise in energy prices and the decrease in energy resources, the efficient and effective use of energy, has become more and more important in recent years all over the world and in our country. For this purpose, the devices are redesigned and/or the efficiency of the devices is increased by reusing the lost heat in the system. When selecting central air conditioning systems and components in large buildings such as shopping malls (AVMs), these systems should be selected in such a way that energy can be used most effectively and efficiently. On the other hand, high energy efficiency systems increase initial investment costs. Therefore, cost analysis should be carried out in such systems and it should be determined how long the difference between the initial investment costs will be covered by taking into consideration the savings obtained from electrical energy. AVMs are structures that contain many functions. Therefore, in such buildings, heating, cooling and ventilation systems should be able to meet the air conditioning needs of each volume with different usage functions in the building. The electrical energy consumed by air conditioning devices in a shopping center has an important share especially in summer periods. In order to reduce electricity consumption, high efficiency devices must be selected and used at optimum power.
